Small package of Instant Jello, pistachio flavor
1 can crushed pineapple (juice drained and reserved)
1 medium tub cool whip
Mini marshmallows- about 1/2 to 3/4 bag
Shredded coconut, about 1 cup
Mix all ingredients together, if salad seems dry, add a little bit of reserved pineapple juice. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
