Carmel Popcorn Balls

2 cups sugar
2 T. brown sugar
1 cup light karo corn syrup
1 cup ½ & ½
½ cup butter

Large bowl popcorn (2 batches air popped)

Combine all ingredients except popcorn and cook to softball stage. Pour over popped corn and shape into balls with buttered hands. These stay soft and taste like milk carmels!
